Shipping Policies

Shipping costs are available for all of our items on the checkout page. Shipping will vary according to weight and destination. Just go to the checkout page and enter your shipping information including the destination and it will calculate an exact shipping cost to your shipping address. 

Shipping orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days once credit card authorization and address verification have been obtained. We will send you a purchase confirmation as soon as you place your order. All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS or Asendia for international orders. We will send you a tracking number for all orders placed within 1-3 business days when your item is shipped. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Expected delivery within the United States is 3-7 business days. International orders can expect delivery within 3-8 weeks depending on customs clearance. There may be delays during times of high volume or delays due to COVID.  Please be sure to check with your local postal carrier for any special local delivery arrangements due to COVID as it varies across cities, states, and countries.

We ship WORLDWIDE to most countries. We offer great rates to almost anywhere in the world! All shipping costs including any applicable taxes are available on the checkout page. Logistics and any shipping, handling, insurance, customs, vats, import fees and claims are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We provide all shipments with a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or packages not claimed at the post office, customs office or point of delivery.  

Exceptions: We reserve the right to cancel any order in our shop. There are a few countries we will not ship to due to their mailing system being very unreliable, or our inability to obtain reasonable and reliable insurance. If we cannot ship to your country for any reason, and you have already made a purchase, we will cancel your order and refund your purchase in full including shipping fees back to your original form of payment.

International buyers. We are not responsible for the customs process or any fees imposed by governments you are importing to. All customs matters are the sole responsibility of the buyer and any fees, taxes or VATS are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please note that shipping fees are not affiliated with or include any VATS or customs fees that may be assessed by the government customs to the country that you are importing to. Customs regulations and procedures are beyond the control of the shipping provider or the seller. Please be familiar with your country's customs/ import fees process before ordering. Many countries offer information about customs and import fees online. Please contact your local customs office in your country to learn more about your customs process. Items may be held up in customs offices that may delay your shipment until it is released to your local postal service carrier. Some countries do not provide tracking past the point of US territory. Please be prepared to claim your package from your mail carrier and/or be prepared to clear customs for your package. We do not accept returns or exchanges as all items are final sale for international orders but if you have an issue with your order please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We are a very friendly shop and always happy to hear from you. Contact us and we will be happy to help with any questions.

We provide tracking for all packages. However, the post office in the US and postal services internationally do not always post updates. If your package is not tracking within the US we are happy to provide you with a copy of the postal receipt.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: If your package has not arrived after a few weeks, please contact your customs office or best to contact your local or designated postal carrier to see if it is being held in customs or if customs fees are due. Some countries collect tariffs/VATS/taxes/GST at the point of pick up or delivery. This has nothing to do with SHIPPING fees. Import duties are imposed by each country and every country is different. Please know your country's import fees before making a purchase so that you know exactly what to expect. Import duties are the sole responsibility of the importer/buyer. We have no control over customs or any duties imposed by governments for purchases made. Please understand this is your responsibility before purchasing. If you are unfamiliar with the specific customs import duties of your country, many have information available online so that you are able to calculate what your fees will be. Any items that are not unclaimed at customs or the point of delivery or are undeliverable are considered abandoned and will not be refunded. We are not required to refund items that are abandoned at customs or undeliverable. In a few cases, we may, at our discretion refund your purchase price minus the shipping fees and a 10% restocking fee to cover our costs. Restocking fees are required for all returns and shipping fees are not refundable since shippers do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Unauthorized returns or refusal of payment of VAT/ import fees / customs fees are not eligible for refunds.
