REFUND POLICY:
We do not accept returns or exchanges

ALL ITEMS are FINAL SALE and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Please be sure to check all item details before purchasing including the size and measurements. Please request any information you need, including any measurements that may not be listed prior to purchasing. Vintage sizes vary greatly across eras and among designers. We recommend comparing the measurements we provide for each item to a similar item you own that fits you well to determine your best fit. Please be aware that when buying vintage footwear most boots and shoes hold up quite well but some heel caps and soles may require maintenance from a professional cobbler. There is no way to predict how long a sole or heel cap will last before it needs a fresh layer of glue or replacement. Please be prepared to budget for any such issues that may arise before making your purchase.
Note: At this time we are not able to ship to Germany. If you placed an order we can issue a full refund.

We accept cancellations within 3 hours of your purchase as long as your item has not already been shipped. 

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is a problem with your order all claims must be made within 3 days of your item shown as delivered by tracking info. Please do not delay in opening your package or picking up your package or other reason as your time to make an inquiry will expire after those 3 days. Be sure to provide the correct mailing address at check out and to make arrangements to receive your delivery. Packages that are not deliverable for any reason are not eligible for a refund. Check with your postal carrier to make any special arrangements for deliveries you require. We are not responsible for packages that are not deliverable or for incorrect addresses.
